My Weekly Training
If life allows it, I try to train 6-7 days a week. If I can, I try to fit in a bike or a run with the members of HissyFit Racing, the tri club that my friends and I started this year.
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
As a military wife whose husband is stationed away from home and a working mom, my training is all about quality over quantity. I need products that help me maximize every minute of my training. I also want to ensure that what I’m putting in my body is healthy and natural, because my health allows me to give the best of myself to my job, my training and my family.
