I ride between 250-400 miles per week and a few days in the gym or yoga. I take AltRed before most training rides and always before races.

Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?

PhytoRebellion is a movement that embraces plant-based performance enhancement for athletes who care about what they put into their bodies as much as winning. A vegetarian for 15 yrs, being plant-based is important to my diet & lifestyle. I phyt clean because clean sport has been the cornerstone of my racing career and no victory is worth risking my health.
