My Weekly Training

My weekly training regimen includes 2 strength and core sessions, 3-4 swim sessions, 4-5 run sessions and 5-6 bike sessions.

Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?

I prefer the simplicity and convenience of plant-based supplements. I don’t ever experience the spikes and crash-and-burn sensations of taking sugars. My body stays even and steady all day long, and I never have to fight through any sort of GI issues. I can simply concentrate on training and racing.
