My Weekly Training
A typical training week involves 50-70 miles of running depending on what distance race I’m training for combined with drills, strength training and yoga. In season I do 2 workouts a week, intervals and a threshold style run and AltRed is vital during the week to get me recovered and primed to run each of those key workouts well.
