Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?

Ironman training takes 20+ hours a week and fast recovery time in between each swim, bike and run. With AltRed, I feel that I can recover faster and push harder in my workouts and races than I ever had before. My dad always says, “if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you” which is just one more reason why I love to use AltRed.
