My Weekly Training

Running (long runs, track sessions, hill repeats, etc) 7x week (60-90 miles per week). Strength training (weights) 3x week. And yoga sculpt (think hot yoga boot camp with weights…ouch!) 1x week

Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?

I phyt clean because my PASSION is competitive running and I’ve had auto-immune issues so I need clean supplements that maximize my body’s efforts & recoveries. Especially as I get older, taking care of my body & health has never been more important. I want to keep kicking butt until I’m a grand master!!!
