My Weekly Training
In the winter – I run ~40 miles/wk, swim ~10 miles/wk, do strength training 2-3x/wk. In the summer – I swim ~45 miles/wk, bike ~80 miles/wk, run ~25-30 miles/wk. Strength training flexibility work are key components to my routine, as well.
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
With my educational background in exercise physiology, being a trainer/coach/athlete & having done quite a bit of research/experimenting in the world of nutrition, I make sure to eat as healthy as possible (with moderation, in mind) to recover quickly, between racing, pace leading & training. I phyt clean because it helps me have more focus, energy, recover faster, train smarter & race stronger & most importantly, feel healthier. I am a firm believer & passionate about the power & quality of AltRed as a beneficial product for endurance athletes!
