My Weekly Training

My training regimen is dependent on the event. A training week for me is six days with one day of complete rest. Marathon training involves lots of running with one day of cross training, typically cycling; triathlon training involves a balance among swimming, biking, and running. I use AltRed as prescribed to get the benefits of speed, endurance, and recovery.

Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?

I prefer to use natural products to fuel my life’s activities and avoid the unnatural peaks & valleys of engineered products. The PhytoRebellion is important to me, because I wish to serve the athlete community with the natural benefits of clean training, racing, and living!
