My Weekly Training

I run around 70 miles per week during the off-season with workouts on Tuesdays and Fridays. Ramping up to marathon training I’ve maxed out at 85miles/week. This fall my marathon training will be more like 100 mile weeks with workouts on Tuesdays/Fridays.

Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?

As I’ve gotten more into the world of running I’ve worked really hard for every second I shave off my PR’s. It is motivating when athletes I have looked up to for years are still going strong and running clean. In order to maximize my competitive life and get the most personal joy out of running I know I want to supplement with products that prove safe and effective. I phyt clean because I want to be proud of myself. I run for myself and would never enjoy any successes, no matter how big or small, if I knew I didn’t accomplish my goal being true to the sport.
