My Weekly Training
My training is continuously on going. I ride 5 out of 7 days a week while taking one AltRed a day and on race days, I take 2x two hours before hand. This will last me for about a 2 hour race and if it is longer than that i can take more if need be.
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
Using plant based products means that what is going into my body for training is clean and healthy. That way I know that my body is performing at its best because of the training I am putting in rather than being enhanced by chemicals.
