My Weekly Training
As a college athlete I run between 45 and 50 miles a week along with three lifting sessions. Two of those days consist of hard running workouts. I take AltRed two hours before the big workout and then another at the start of the workout. I do the same regimen on raceday.
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
Being a PhytoRebel is important to me because it helps me train and compete at my best. I love that AltRed is plant based with no sugars or nitrates. I don’t like to put harmful supplements into my body and AltRed allows me to prepare and recover with out any harm.
