My Weekly Training
I train 6-7 days a week. A typical day is a 45 min weight training session in the morning (AltRed serving at start of workout) immediately followed by a run. Evening sessions usually consist of either swimming and/or cycling.
Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?
In a world where athletes at looking to get an advantage at all costs, I decide to phyt clean because integrity matters! AltRed allows me to have that extra edge without succumbing to PEDs. In addition, as cancer survivor, plant based supplements are vital to my health!
