4am wake ups to get in training before the 9-5 job. Try to mix in a nice variety of swimming, biking, and running to stay sharp and mentally sane.

Why is the PhytoRebellion Important to Me?

I phyt clean because I realize the importance of the proper fuel in order for my body to perform at its potential. You get out of your body what you put into it. Making sure that the fuel is clean and also approved for sport is a huge deal to me in order to get that extra 1% out of myself.
